Children’s voices are more than just their voices. The “good morning” at the door, the way they sit in the yard, the expression on their face when they fight, and the strength in their arms when we hold them in our arms are all filled with the voice of the child.
We aim to be sensitive to the subtleties of the child’s voice and heart.

It is important that we focus on how a child wants to be raised than how adults want to raise their children. This is a place both children and adults live together in harmony while listening to the children’s wants.
About the relationship with children
We make sure that we engage with children carefully by capturing their wants which are not necessarily expressed in language. For children who are four years old and older, we hold dialogue-based “meetings” where children can take initiative in designing their own daily activities.
Sports day
Moving our bodies allows us to free our souls, regardless of if you are a child or an adult. What takes place is not designed based on what adults think is best, but is planned based on the meeting dialogue from our four and five year olds.
small pond festival
This is a fun-filled day that takes place at our everyday location but provides a special time for children and adults to interact. The children, along with parents and our staff, collaborate to make this a delightful day.
