Approaching the Child’s Thoughts
We provide childcare that is close to the child’s thoughts and feelings.
Each child must be able to express his or her own thoughts and wishes. We create a place where children can have their thoughts and wishes fully received by adults close to them.
All caregivers will respect the child as an irreplaceable individual and aim to be a comfortable person for the child.
We will live together with “convenience and inconvenience” that occur between children and children, and between children and adults, while taking the time to persist with each other.
To be a place where parents and caregivers can chat a lot with the children in the center. We will work together with parents to create a place with the child in the center.
